- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

- Mobile Money: MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money (for customers in Rwanda).

- Bank Transfer: For local and international customers (details provided at checkout).

- PayPal: For international customers.

 

All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

 

4. Pricing and Currency

- All prices on www.gakondo.rw are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise specified.

- For international customers, prices will be converted to your local currency based on the current exchange
  rate at the time of purchase.

- Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT)where applicable.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Shipping Options:
   Local Delivery (Rwanda): Delivered within 3-5 business days via our trusted courier partners.

  - International Shipping: Delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs
     and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

- Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us at info@gakondo.rw.

 

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following:

- Returns: You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@gakondo.rw. within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

7. Cancellations

- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us at  info@gakondo.rw  with your order number.

- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our **Returns and Exchanges** policy.
