1. Order Confirmation
* All custom orders must be placed through our website or via direct consultation with our team.
* Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email with the details of their custom request.
* Custom orders require full payment upfront before production begins.
2. Production Time
* Custom orders typically take between 7-21 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.
* Customers will be notified of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Changes and Cancellations
* Changes to a custom order can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
* After 24 hours, modifications may not be possible, or may incur additional charges.
* Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
4. Returns and Refunds
* Due to the personalised nature of custom products, all sales are final.
* Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
* If you receive a defective custom item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gakondo.rw with photos and a description of the issue.
* If approved, we will provide a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Customer Approval
* Before finalising production, we may send design previews for approval.
* Customers must review and confirm the final design; www.gakondo.rw is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
6. Shipping and Delivery
* Custom products are shipped via our standard delivery methods.
* Shipping times may vary depending on production schedules and destination.
* Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
